Do you give a quote before inspection?

Yes. We review the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit before preparing a quote, so the price reflects the actual work needed.

Can I bring a garment for redesign from outside the area?

Yes. We accept repair and redesign projects from Izmir, and you can contact us by phone, email, form, or workshop visit.

How long does a redesign project usually take?

We usually work within 10 to 20 business days after concept approval, depending on the garment and workshop schedule.

Do you match replacement materials?

We can review customer-supplied materials, but matching thread, trims, lining, buttons, or similar items depends on availability.

Is there a final fitting before collection?

Yes. We check the finished garment again at collection and handle any small agreed adjustment carefully.
